Apex rules (2026)
The rules that actually fail evaluations at Apex - static / intraday trailing drawdown, daily loss, and consistency - laid out per account. These are the same numbers Fudoshin (Risk Guardian) enforces automatically, so you can't break them by accident.

How Apex's drawdown works
The max-loss floor is fixed at a set amount below your starting balance and never trails. Simpler to track, but there is no cushion built from green days - you always have the same room from the start.
The max-loss floor trails your highest UNREALIZED equity in real time, so a spike you never banked can still pull the floor up. It usually locks at start + a small buffer once you are up the drawdown amount. The classic mistake: a big intraday runner that reverses - the floor followed the spike up and now sits much higher.
Never break a Apex rule by accident
Load the Apex ruleset in Fudoshin and it enforces exactly these numbers on your live account: it flattens you before you hit the daily-loss line, tracks the static / intraday trailing floor for you, and its tilt-proof lockout can't be switched off mid-tilt. One saved evaluation pays for a year.
